Women in World War II

This is a picture of a women riveter during World War II.  The women is in the Boeing Plant in Seattle and there were women all over the country doing the exact same thing that this women is doing right now.  Riveting was a popular job for women during the war and just one of the many jobs that women did to help the war effort.  The women were a vital component to the U.S. war effort and one of the big reasons why the U.S. won the war.
